Physical Agility Testing

Every employment decision poses risk.  Laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act have forever changed how employers qualify new hires and respond to injured workers.

WorkSTEPS was developed to meet a ciritical employer need to create medically safe, legally compliant, scientific, and objective means of matching a worker’s functional capabilities with the essential functions of the job.

The WorkSTEPS system of standardized, pre and post offer, fit for duty, functional capacity, and upper quadrant/carpal tunnel tests is currently being utilized by employers nationwide.
Employers utilizing WorkSTEPS in their coprehensive prevention and work injury management programming are experienceing average work injury reductions of 50% during the first year of implementation with continued reductions in the second and third years.  You can expect reduced modifier rates, reductions in lost time, increased worker productivity, decreased turnover, and diminished incidences of fraud and abuse, and your employees will be safer!
